Parking
At The Sheridan Garage, every homeowner can enjoy the peace-of-mind that comes with a reserved parking space. A hard-to-find convenience in Georgetown, the twenty-two garage spaces and twelve surface spaces are offered as an optional purchase. Homeowners without cars are not obligated to purchase a parking space.
Attendant
The large glass doors that adorn the front entrance on Q Street open to the main lobby where the front desk attendant will greet visitors and accept packages.
Penthouse Views
The four penthouse units form the new third-floor addition to the historic structure. As a contrast to the character of the original design, the penthouse level is contemporary, featuring dramatic walls made up almost entirely of glass. Through a combination of commercial-grade Winvent glass and German-engineered channel glass, light pours in from every angle. Atop each unit is a penthouse, which features clear and translucent walls. Generous terrace spaces on the main level and upper level expand the picturesque Georgetown views.
Terraces
Most of the 34 homes feature outdoor spaces, which complement the landscape set with red bricks and potted plants and trees. Attractive glass Domel doors open onto the terraces.
Grounds
The entire complex will be landscaped using the distinctive red Georgetown bricks, plants, trees and stone pavers. The space between the Courtyard and East Place buildings feature amphitheater-style steps and additional green spaces. Residents will feel a sense of satisfaction coming home to a serene environment in the heart of the bustling city.
