When is the expected delivery date?
The Sheridan Garage is available for immediate delivery.

Do you have floor plans?
Yes, floorplans may be downloaded from this site.  Additionally, we will mail plans by special request by calling (202) 338-0778.

Are there Preferred Lenders?
To go to settlement Purchasers may choose the lender of their choice. However, to make an offer, Purchasers must be pre-approved by one of our preferred lenders: George Mason Mortgage or BB&T.  Call for additional details (202) 338-0778.

What is the down payment requirement?
We required a signed Builder’s Contract with a 5% down payment.

Does the unit sales price include a parking space?
No. Parking is an optional purchase.  Surface parking spots are available for $50,000 and garage parking spots are available for $60,000.

Can I buy more than 1 parking space?
Most units have the option to buy up to 2 parking spaces.

Is there a metro nearby?
Yes. The Sheridan Garage is located within easy walking distance of the Dupont Red Line. Also, multiple bus lines commute along Q Street. M Street, Wisconsin Avenue and Georgetown University are just minutes away.
